Damages and issues, Returns/Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are only accepted in the case of defective and damaged items, or if you receive the wrong item.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please include photos with your return/exchange request. Once the candle is used or 30 days have past since delivery receipt, the item is no longer eligible for a return.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
If your refund/exchange is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method once you ship the item back. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
